The principal goal of The Community Consulting Initiative is to help nonprofit organizations position themselves to work more equitably and effectively toward their respective missions. To that end, we provide organizational consulting, capacity-building, and training in the nonprofit sector. We work with educators, organizers, service providers, government agencies, and foundations to develop and implement organizational assessments, planning processes, and evaluation protocols. We specialize in the collection, analysis, and synthesis of data that can help your organization answer important questions about its role in achieving social justice. We use our knowledge of people, programs, and policy to support your efforts.
