Sarah Zlotnik backs leaders and builds resilient organizations as a strategist, facilitator, policy expert, and network weaver. She works with grassroots groups, local and national nonprofits, and funders to foster equity and transformative changemaking. Sarah has spent the last two decades as a chief of staff, social justice funder, coach, and advocate. Most recently, as program officer at the Stoneleigh Foundation she worked to transform the youth justice and child welfare systems. Prior, she helped run PolicyLab, a health policy think tank and served as the public health advisor to a Congressional child welfare commission. Throughout these roles, she has worked extensively at the nexus of research and policy to create more just and effective systems supporting young people.
